Lower Androscoggin River Smallmouth Bass and Pike Trip

Durham, Maine

Capacity: One – Three Participants

Join Maine Fly Guide LLC for an unforgettable Smallmouth and Pike fishing experience on the Lower Androscoggin River. Captain Brandon Bichrest has been fishing this section of the river since 1998 and will use his lifetime of local knowledge to ensure a productive and enjoyable day on the water.

The trip takes place aboard an 18’ Jet Boat / Drift Boat, designed to access shallow Class II rapids, rocky ledges, and deep sand pools where Smallmouth Bass and Northern Pike thrive. Eagles, herons, and other wildlife are often seen along the way, adding to the experience of this once-polluted river that has become a world-class fishery today.

Whether you prefer to fly fish or spin cast, Captain Brandon will provide all the necessary rods, reels, tackle, and expert instruction.
