CANCELLATION POLICIES

Customer cancellation

• A deposit is due upon approval of your booking request. Deposits are fully refundable up to 14 full days before your scheduled trip.

• Cancellations made less than 14 days before your trip are non-refundable.

• Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full trip amount. No exceptions. A day on the water is a day of my livelihood, and with short seasons every day matters in my business.

Guide cancellation

• If your guide cancels your trip at any time before it begins, you will receive a full refund.

Weather-related cancellation

• Your safety comes first, and sometimes conditions on the water are not suitable for a trip.

• Trip cancellation due to weather is at the guide’s discretion alone.​

• If your trip is canceled by the guide for instances of unsafe weather, you will receive a full refund (or you may choose to reschedule, if available).​
