Lower Androscoggin River Smallmouth and Pike Trip
Join Maine Fishing Guide Brandon Bichrest on his 18’ River Boat, navigate the rocks and rapids to the best area’s, the Lower Androscoggin River is in close travel to populated area’s and city’s of Maine, but when we are on the river it will not feel that way, the shore is almost 100% tree' and natural growth, very little development along the river and very little fishing pressure, on a average day we see 1 other fishing boat at the most. I have been fishing these sections of river since 1998, The river is getting better every year. Fish, Birds, and Wildlife thrive along the Androscoggin River! This is a great destonation for people staying in Portland, freeport, Lewiston or Auburn. Or if you are flying in to Portland Maine and traveling to Acadia National park or any other shore line destination in Maine, this is a good day or 1/2 day stop along your travel.
This is a great trip to bring your kids along or book it for your kids!
